    Description

    1980 American Arts Gold Medallion, featuring Marian Anderson.   The American Arts Medallion
    series was produced by the US Mint from 1980 to 1984 and featured various US artists, musicians,
    and authors.
    The fineness is .900, with each coin having a net gold weight of 1/2 ounce troy.  The obverse is
    the image of Marian Anderson, and the reverse is open hands holding a globe and the message "Unity God's Way"
    Original unopened styrofoam packaging as issued by the US Mint.
